About
GRAN ALACANT DARTS LEAGUE
The OBJECTIVE
of the Gran Alacant Darts League is to bring together
members of our community to play darts in bars around
Gran Alacant.
We seek to foster a
spirit of friendly competition, fairplay and good
sportsmanship amongst all of our members.
The league is open to
all regardless of age, skill level, language or nationality.
All are welcome and we seek to create an environment
where new players and enthusiasts can learn about
the rules and skills required for the sport of darts.
LEAGUE SEASON
- September until June
During the season (September
through June) matches are played on Monday nights
at participating bars in Gran Alacant.
AWARDS - End
of Season (June)
At the end of each season
in June, we hold an awards night at one of the participating
bars where we present trophies and cups such as The
Richard Keeler Memorial Cup, the Vase Cup and more
to league winners and runners up. We also present
achievement awards for most 180s, quickest checkout
and highest finish scorers.
