MABS Gran Alacant Cancer Support Branch
MABS Gran Alacant Cancer Support Group aim is to help all people affected by cancer and those around them, by either talking to them or a personal visit, transport to the Hospital and a translator when necessary.
Interclub Arenales was formed in 1983 and comprises mainly British people who either live in Spain or visit the area for holidays. It aims to provide a meeting point for ex-pats, and does this by organizing social events where you can both enjoy the function and meet and exchange views with others like you.
ON YOUR BIKE Club
Gran Alacant´s ON YOUR BIKE Club is a group formed of British nationalities from Gran Alacant that meet three times a week to enjoy a morning of cycling, mostly off-road and a bit of road followed by chat and plenty of coffee.

Proyecto Cuatro Patas
Proyecto Cuatro Patas is an association formed by volunteers. We function thanks to the donations from people, without subsidies of any kind. Our task is to combat against animal cruelty. We do not have a shelter so we work with shellter homes, a key part of our association.
Animal Welfare Association
Animal Welfare Association of Santa Pola and Gran Alacant are looking for caring and responsible people to provide your home as an animal shelter. This is a voluntary action which could save the lives of many animals in Santa Pola and Gran Alacant. Without help they could die in animal homes, in the street or through complications after an operation.
Gran Alacant GASP Theatre Group
Gran Alacant GASP Theartre Group are a small amdram group based in Gran Alacant and they have both English and Spanish speaking members. They make two productions a year, one in the Spring and another in the Autumn with the money raised going to charity.

El Racó Jove Youth Civic Centre is situated next to the Municpal Rooms at The Life Resort. Gran Alacant´s youngsters have use of the room where there is a plasma TV, DVD, music equipment, board games and video consoles. Indoor and outdoor recreational activities and workshops are also organised.
Royal British Legion Gran Alacant Branch
The Royal Legion Gran Alacant Branch are always on the look out for more members to continue and ensure the Branch survival. New members are always welcome, and you do not have to be ex-service to become a member of the Legion.
Feral (Animals) Friends of Gran Alacant
Feral Friends of Gran Alacant is an organisation helping ferals for the past 7 years in Gran Alacant and surrounding areas. They do not have a shelter. However, they do sometimes take extreme cases into foster homes awaiting for their adoption.
Gran Alacant Darts League objective is to bring together members of our community to play darts in bars around Gran Alacant. We seek to foster a spirit of friendly competition, fairplay and good sportsmanship amongst all of our members.

The team of volunteers at the Easy Horse Care Rescue Centre Charity Shop are appealing for support from the community to help raise money for the charity’s work improving the lives of animals throughout Spain.

Golf Monte Mar Golf Society is a group formed of British nationalities from Gran Alacant´s Monte Mar Bowls Club that meet every 3 to 4 weeks to enjoy a round of golf followed by refreshments and prizes.

Montemar Bowls Club is more than just a bowls club and has a multitude of regular social events such as weekly Quiz Nights and Bingo Nights. There is also a monthly Dinner/Dance as well as periodic excursions to other parts of Spain.
