Their villa is located on a quiet
urbanisation called Monte y Mar with it's own private pool sleeping
6 people. It has an enclosed porch to the front of the property
with a furnished lounge/diner, kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer,
microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms
downstairs with air-conditioning and one bedroom with en-suite.
Upstairs the main bedroom has air-conditioning and access to a
large solarium and from there some lovely views. Entrance to the
villa has been adapted to allow access for wheelchairs.
This is a
non-smoking property. Pets allowed subject to owners discretion.
Supermarkets, Restaurants and Bars
can be found close by and the Carabassi Beach awarded Blue Flag
for cleanlinesss is only 5 minutes drive away.
